  • Having gone through big changes myself I know that there are no quick fixes when it comes to mind-sets and old habits that don’t serve us any longer. We are all familiar with the saying ‘Old habits die hard.’ That is why, in order to benefit lasting changes, I encourage my clients to commit to at least six months of coaching. However, I also recognise that sometimes, all we need is a little push and reminder of who we are to get us back on track.
