So, like with anything else in life, there is a recipe to becoming a successful public speaker and anyone who is willing to apply the recipe, can and will achieve outstanding results. Still, it seems that only a few really mange to stand out and write their name I a book of greatness.

And right there, in the middle of my worst ever financial crisis, that felt like I finally hit the rock bottom, all of the sudden I knew exactly what I needed to do.

But then we say – ‘How am I supposed to stop worrying when there are so many things that are currently challenging in my life. I am in debt, I have no idea where the next paycheck is coming from plus I seem to be gaining weight even though I hardly eat anything?’

Ok, I get you. Let’s analyse the three words.

Your mind is your most important asset. It’s powerful and capable of giving you everything, yes absolutely everything that you desire. But that is only possible if you learn to be the master of your mind and not allow your cluttered mind to be the master of you. And here is how you do that.

You don’t have to struggle. You can wake up every morning excited about a new day, knowing that you are free to do whatever makes you feel happy and fulfilled.

When you realise that all the answers you’ve been looking for are within you and there is NO competition. You are at home, you are safe and you can finally see that the doors to your success are WIDE OPEN.

Being in an emotionally abusive relationship is a very lonely place. Sometimes life indeed hits us in the head with a brick, but we must carry on. Unfortunately, there is no law that protects us from being manipulated and lied to, just as we can’t go to the police and report our spouse for being an alleged ‘psychopath’. I am saying alleged because, regardless of what we’ve been through and whether reading about psychopaths or narcissists reminds us on someone we know, most of us are not qualified to diagnose someone with a mental disorder.
